The Problem

Coaches with high-ticket offers were spending 30 minutes on discovery calls with people who were never going to buy. There was no way to know before the call whether a lead was serious, ready to invest, or just curious. Every enquiry got the same time and attention regardless of intent.

What Was Built

A 6-question intake form that prospects fill out before they ever reach the calendar. The moment they submit, an AI model reads their answers and scores their readiness from 1 to 10. The score determines everything that happens next — no human reads it first.

  • Score 7–10 (Hot): prospect sees a direct booking CTA and the coach gets an instant alert

  • Score 4–6 (Warm): prospect receives a free guide and enters a nurture sequence

  • Score 1–3 (Cold): prospect gets free resources and joins a long-term email list


The Result

The coach only sees the calendar invite when someone has already demonstrated intent. Cold and warm leads are handled automatically by email sequences — no manual follow-up, no missed leads, no wasted calls.

The entire system runs on free-tier tools. Running cost: under $20/month.
